An attractive Revenue Growth Manager ( x 1 Vacancy) is now available at a leading multinational FMCG company based in Bangkok. This role is an individual contributor.

About the Revenue Growth Manager job:

As the Revenue Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth deployment in the local organisation.

The position offer attractive salary package + allowances and bonus.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducts revenue growth analyses based on internal & external, financial and not financial data with the multi functional team
  • Set guardrails in alignment with the multi-functional teams on recommended average consumer price indices and related pack price architecture
  • Improving the category, product, channel & customer mix
  • Optimising all promotional schemes and ROI per brand, account, pack type,retail selling story and trading terms management
  • Implementing an automatised and standardised dashboard to constantly track and follow-up on all revenue Growth related business KPI’s. Escalates regularly internally if any initiative is off track
  • Drives the implementation of the identified Revenue growth initiatives to realised incremental turnover and gross profit for the business

  • Influences all revenue growth related business decisions by developing a superior understanding of retailer's dynamics, value drivers and consumer/shopper insights
  • Effectively communicates revenue growth insights and initiatives to the organisation, counterparts and senior management.

A successful candidate must have a minimum of 10 years in category management and strong skills in pricing and promotion from FMCG.

Key Requirements:

  • MBA or any related fields
  • Background in category manager, sales, marketing, consumer insight
  • Direct experience in category manager, key account manager, financial analysis
  • Confident with big data, IT literate, leadership & influencing skills
