It is now looking for a Head of Sales and Marketing - Logistic to join their dynamic team.
About the Head of Sales & Marketing Role:
In this fast growing business of logistic, you will lead the business strategy and execution, also work closely with team from one of the best logistic companies in the world on agile development of acquiring new offline merchant. You will need to have strong communication, sales & marketing skills and customer service attitude is essential. As a Head of Sales & Marketing, you should also be results-driven and help us achieve our business goals.
- Brand building and exceeding sales targets by leading the whole sales team
- Support the Country office to explore new revenue streams, improve margin and support services enhancement
- Oversee commercial performance by achieving country-specific sales revenue and profit targets
- Uncover customer’s needs and understand customer's shipping profiles
- Manage current customers and develop new customers so as to support market development
- Align sales and marketing strategies with head quarter by fine tuning, formulate and implement sales and marketing programs to address local-specific requirements
- Build and Develop high-performing sales and marketing team
- Oversee and implement pricing policy, discount approval authority and timely maintenance rate setting
- Work closely with Regional office to formulate local-specific or implement Regional office-led sales and marketing programs
- Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time
To succeed in the Head of Sales & Marketing job, you will need to have merchants principles and space strategies to achieve business sales targets and be the guardian of those principles in all space changes to ensure consistency in application.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management/Commerce with major in Sales and Marketing related disciplines
- At least six years of relevant experience in Supply Chain sales and marketing with three years of managerial experience
- Exposure in express delivery of logistics industry is preferred
- Sound knowledge in account management, marketing communication, advertising and promotion essential
- Business acumen with proven record of achievements in sales and marketing
- Strong leadership to lead team to achieve targets
- Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Good command of both written and spoken English, Chinese speaking will be a plus
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel and PowerPoint
