A leading fresh food business is looking for a Key Account Manager to drive growth across key retail and food service channels in Bangkok. This role offers the opportunity to manage strategic partnerships with supermarkets, hotels, restaurants, cafés, and distributors—playing a critical role in expanding market presence and delivering commercial success.

You will work at the intersection of sales, supply chain, and marketing to ensure seamless product delivery, execute joint business plans, and support new product launches. What you'll do:

  • Manage and grow key accounts across retail, HORECA, and distribution channels
  • Develop joint business plans and deliver against sales targets
  • Lead commercial negotiations including pricing, promotions, and contracts
  • Collaborate with supply chain and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-selling, and upselling
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and competitor activity
  • Support new product launches and go-to-market execution
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports for management
  • Resolve client issues to maintain strong, long-term relationships
  • Represent the business at industry events and trade shows

What you bring:

  • 3–7 years’ experience in Key Account Management or B2B sales within FMCG or fresh food
  • Strong track record managing modern trade or food service clients
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills
  • Commercially driven with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Experience working cross-functionally with supply chain and marketing teams
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to deliver tailored solutions
  • Fluent in Thai; good command of English (Chinese is a plus)
  • Experience in product launches or category expansion is advantageous
