Key Account Manager (Chinese Speaking) Location: Bangkok Salary: Competitive

Overview

This role focuses on expanding B2B sales channels and managing key commercial partnerships across Thailand. The company is looking for someone with a strong FMCG background who can bring structured account management, channel development, and execution discipline into a more B2B-driven environment.


Key responsibilities

  • Manage and grow key B2B accounts including distributors, trade partners, and strategic clients
  • Expand channel coverage across B2B segments such as AFH, wholesale, and e-commerce
  • Drive revenue growth through structured account planning and execution
  • Identify and onboard new partners to strengthen distribution network
  • Plan and execute trade and sales activities to improve sell-in and sell-out performance
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and pricing to support decision-making
  • Work closely with internal and regional teams to align commercial direction
  • Track sales performance, provide forecasts, and recommend actions

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in FMCG sales or key account management
  • Strong foundation in distributor management and channel development
  • Exposure to B2B channels (AFH, HORECA, wholesale, or private label)
  • Structured and data-driven approach to sales execution
  • Fluent in English and Chinese
  • Proven ability to deliver sales targets
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
