A leading FMCG organisation is seeking a Key Account Manager – Omnichannel to join its Bangkok-based team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to manage strategic key accounts across both traditional retail and digital channels, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sustainable growth. What you’ll do

  • Manage and grow key accounts across offline and online channels, ensuring strong long-term partnerships.

  • Collaborate with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to deliver seamless omnichannel execution.

  • Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Analyse market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities.

  • Lead negotiations on pricing, promotions, and commercial terms.

  • Monitor account performance and report insights to senior management.

  • Support product launches and campaigns to ensure consistent brand delivery.
