A leading hospitality group is seeking a Sales and Reservation Manager to oversee sales and reservation operations for two hotel properties in Samui and Phuket, including a newly launched site. Based in Bangkok, this role plays a key part in driving revenue growth, strengthening OTA performance, and ensuring smooth reservation operations across both locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee sales and reservation operations for two hotel properties in Samui and Phuket.

• Develop and execute sales, reservation, and OTA strategies to maximise occupancy and revenue.

• Monitor booking performance, pricing, and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed.

• Work closely with marketing and operations teams to support promotional campaigns and guest experience.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with OTA partners, travel agents, and corporate clients.

• Prepare regular performance reports covering sales, reservations, and revenue results.

• Support and guide reservation teams to ensure consistent service standards.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales or reservations within the hospitality industry.

• Strong knowledge of OTA platforms and revenue optimisation strategies.

• Experience managing multiple properties or stakeholders is preferred.

• Good analytical skills with the ability to interpret market and booking data.

• Strong communication and coordination skills.

• Organised, proactive, and able to work effectively across teams and locations.
