Account Manager (Enterprise Network & Data Center Solutions)

The Account Manager is responsible for 100% new business development within B2B and enterprise accounts. This role focuses on acquiring new customers, driving solution-based sales, and expanding market presence for enterprise network and data center connectivity products. The position requires strong hunting capability, technical understanding, and the ability to engage decision-makers at both technical and commercial levels

Key Responsibilities

Business Development & Sales

  • Proactively identify, prospect, and acquire new B2B and enterprise customers

  • Develop and manage a strong sales pipeline through cold outreach, networking, and referrals

  • Drive end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closing

  • Target key sectors such as enterprise IT, data centers, system integrators, telecom, and commercial buildings

Account & Stakeholder Management

  • Engage with key decision-makers including CIOs, IT Managers, Network Engineers, Consultants, and Procurement

  • Understand customer requirements and position appropriate cabling, connectivity, and data center solutions

  • Act as the main point of contact throughout the sales process and early post-sales phase

Solution Selling & Technical Coordination

  • Present and propose hardware solutions tailored to customer network and infrastructure needs

  • Work closely with internal technical, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure solution accuracy

  • Coordinate product demos, technical discussions, and proof-of-concept when required

Market & Opportunity Development

  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in enterprise networking and data centers

  • Identify new verticals, projects, and high-potential accounts

  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and activity reports
