What you'll do:

As Head of Business Development based in Rayong, you will play an integral role in shaping the company’s growth trajectory.

  • Guide and nurture a dedicated team by providing clear direction, empathetic support, and regular feedback to foster professional growth and communal success.
  • Oversee all aspects of business development activities, identifying new opportunities for expansion while maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

  • Coordinate effectively with global colleagues located in India, Southeast Asia, and Europe, sharing knowledge and resources to achieve shared objectives.
  • Facilitate cross-functional collaboration by bringing together experts from various departments to address challenges collectively and deliver optimal solutions.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions that enhance the company’s competitive edge while remaining sensitive to local nuances.
  • Support the implementation of best practices in business development processes, encouraging continuous improvement through open dialogue and shared learning.
