Sales and Reservation Manager

Salary: 100,000–130,000 THB
Location: Samui & Phuket (Hybrid)

A leading hospitality group is seeking a Sales and Reservation Manager to oversee sales and reservation operations across Samui and Phuket. This role offers the opportunity to combine strong commercial capability with a passion for guest experience, supported by a hybrid working arrangement between two prime resort destinations.

You will be responsible for driving occupancy and revenue through effective sales strategies, managing reservations operations, and building strong relationships with travel partners, corporate clients, and direct guests. Working closely with hotel management and internal teams, you will also lead and develop the reservations team to ensure smooth operations and consistently high service standards.

Key requirements include:

• Proven experience in hotel sales or reservations management , OTA

• Strong communication skills in Thai and English

• Ability to manage multi-property operations with strong organisational skills

• Experience with PMS or reservation systems

• A collaborative leadership style with a service-driven mindset
