• Partner with Store Managers and regional to identify development needs and craft tailored training solutions.

• Evaluate training effectiveness and ensure continuous improvement through regular feedback and performance tracking.

• Support new hires through onboarding programs and maintain updated training materials aligned with brand standards.

• Foster a culture of continuous learning and teamwork across all levels.

What You Bring:

• Proven experience in luxury retail training, with strong facilitation and coaching skills.

• Excellent communication in English and ability to engage staff at all levels.

• Strong planning, coordination, and analytical ability to measure training impact.
