Key Account Manager - Chinese OEMs (Thailand)

We are seeking a results-oriented Key Account Manager to drive new business development initiatives and foster stronger partnerships with Chinese OEMs in Thailand.

What you'll do:

As the Key Account Manager - Chinese OEMs, you will drive new business opportunities with Chinese OEMs and other strategic partners in Thailand.

  • Build and maintain long-term, trusted client relationships to ensure sustained growth
  • Work independently to identify prospects, lead negotiations, and close deals
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to provide insights to senior management
  • Prepare sales forecasts and performance reports to track progress and results

What you bring:

This position requires excellent communication skills in both Mandarin and Thai, a deep understanding of cultural nuances, and a proven track record of building strong relationships and driving growth within the automotive or OEM ecosystem.

  • Fluent in Mandarin and Thai
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering
  • At least 5–10 years of experience in key account or business development roles, ideally with Chinese OEMs or within the automotive sector
  • Proven success in growing accounts, negotiating high-value contracts, and achieving sales targets
  • Strong understanding of Chinese business culture and decision-making processes
  • Self-motivated and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Thailand
  • Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills in English for regional coordination
