What you'll do:
As a Key Account Manager – APAC Region, you will be entrusted with nurturing relationships with major clients while ensuring their satisfaction remains at the forefront of every interaction.
- Ensure the highest level of satisfaction for IOS Key account customers throughout the APAC region by consistently monitoring their needs and concerns.
- Coordinate closely with technical teams and project managers to resolve pending issues efficiently until final agreement is reached.
- Monitor complaint processing status within your scope to ensure timely resolution and maintain trust with customers.
- Support the regional services project management team by conducting customer visits for recording or clarifying requirements when necessary.
- Alert and escalate internal issues or concerns promptly to ensure swift action and effective problem-solving.
- Monitor all customer concerns diligently to identify trends and proactively address potential challenges.
- Lead weekly reviews of gap lists between the organisation and customers to foster transparency and continuous improvement.
- Facilitate clear communication processes and workflows between customers and IOS organisations to ensure alignment on expectations.
- Oversee scorecard-related matters for new machines and after-sales topics, leading corresponding actions to enhance service quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive initiatives that strengthen relationships with key accounts.
What you bring:
Your background as a Key Account Manager – APAC Region will demonstrate substantial experience within fast-moving consumer goods environments, particularly those involving beverages or similar products.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce or a related field is required for this position.
- At least five years of experience in Key Account Management or Sales within the FMCG industry, ideally focusing on beverages or consumer goods.
- Proven negotiation skills coupled with a talent for relationship-building across senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
- Exceptional communication abilities in English are essential for engaging diverse clients across the region.
- Willingness to travel extensively throughout the APAC region as business needs dictate.
- Readiness to work in the Bangna area of Bangkok as part of a committed regional team.
