An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Strategic Accounts Manager to join a multi-sector group with an operational presence in different countries. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand, and is responsible for managing and growing relationships with key customer and project accounts. What you'll do:

As a Strategic Accounts Manager, you will be at the forefront of managing key customer relationships. Your role will involve developing tailored strategies to meet individual account needs while also identifying potential challenges. You will collaborate with various teams to create effective solutions that drive business growth. Your ability to influence purchasing cycles and anticipate future business needs will be crucial in meeting sales targets. With your comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and financing options relevant to the customer base, you will represent the company in sales of equipment, parts, services, and tech-based products.

  • Act as the lead liaison for key customer and project accounts, maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
  • Develop and implement customer experience strategies tailored to individual account needs.
  • Identify and address account pressures, plans, and challenges through structured communication.
  • Collaborate with internal departments and third-party advisors to craft effective, customized solutions.
  • Conduct regular account reviews and maintain up-to-date insights in CRM systems.
  • Represent the company in sales of equipment, parts, services, and tech-based products.
  • Ensure sales targets and volume objectives are met for assigned accounts.
  • Influence customer purchasing cycles and anticipate future business needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive product, service, and financing knowledge relevant to the customer base.
  • Engage cross-functional teams (sales, service, admin) to address and fulfill customer requirements

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Strategic Accounts Manager position brings a wealth of experience in equipment sales along with a strong understanding of agricultural practices. You possess financial acumen coupled with business and logistics management expertise.   • Excellent relationship management and customer-facing skills.
