An exciting E-commerce Manager - FMCG (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the FMCG based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the VP, this is a role for a E-Commerce who is a leader in their field.

What you'll do:

As an E-commerce Manager in the FMCG sector, your role will be pivotal in driving the success of our client's online sales. You will be directly involved in managing both B2B and B2C sales in the food ingredient port, requiring a deep understanding of the market and a strategic approach. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you oversee a team of 5-6 individuals, promoting a culture of collaboration and shared success. Your commitment to delivering excellent customer service will contribute to high levels of customer satisfaction.

  • Directly manage both B2B and B2C sales in the food ingredient port
  • Lead a team of 5-6 individuals, fostering a supportive and collaborative environment
  • Develop and implement effective e-commerce strategies to drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyse performance metrics and suggest improvements
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and changes in the FMCG sector
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
