Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to drive sales growth in the Over The Counter (OTC) sector. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop and implement data-driven sales strategies, manage key accounts, build strong relationships, and lead a dynamic sales team. Based in Bangkok, you will be instrumental in contributing to the company's overall success within the healthcare and consumer sectors.

What you'll do:

As a Sales Manager, your primary responsibility will be driving sales growth in the OTC sector. You will utilise your analytical skills to understand market trends and customer needs, developing data-driven sales plans that align with these insights. Your excellent negotiation skills will be crucial in securing contracts with key customers, while your ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints will ensure strong relationships are maintained. You will also play a pivotal role in new product launches and marketing initiatives, representing the company at industry events. Furthermore, your leadership skills will be essential as you onboard, train, and coach your team to achieve their individual targets.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position brings a wealth of experience from the nutrition industry. With a Master's degree in Nutrition or a related field, you have developed an understanding of various nutrients and their roles in health. Your minimum 7 years of experience in Sales has equipped you with excellent negotiation, presentation, closing skills, and pitching skills. You have a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets which demonstrates your commitment to success. Your passion for nutrition and wellness is evident through your work ethic.

  • Master's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, Health Sciences, Business Administration or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Sales, preferably within the nutrition industry and Healthcare channel.
  • Knowledge of various nutrients, their roles in health and current nutritional trends.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, presentation, closing skills and pitching skills.
  • Experience in customer relationship management.
  • Experience leading and motivating teams.
  • Passion for nutrition and wellness.
