Our client is seeking a dynamic Key Account Manager and Business Development professional to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to develop new business expansion plans, identify new opportunities, and collaborate with cross-functional teams. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing a 3 to 5-year business pipeline for the Recreation Channel, including cinema, amusements and other recreations. If you are passionate about driving business growth and have a knack for strategic planning, this could be the perfect role for you.

What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager and Business Development professional, your primary responsibility will be developing a robust business expansion plan based on factual data. You will play a crucial role in identifying new opportunities in the market, preparing a long-term business pipeline, and initiating strategic account imperatives. Your excellent communication skills will be essential as you coordinate with various teams to support the acquisition process. Additionally, you will lead key projects aimed at driving business expansion, while also providing coaching and support to Key Account Executives.

  • Identify new business opportunities in market and strategic planning on acquiring process
  • Prepare 3 to 5 years new business pipeline for Recreation Channel including Cinema and other recreations
  • Initiate long term strategic account imperatives and commercial proposal on acquiring process
  • Support team leader on annually D&A planning for new business
  • Coordinate with cross functional team for new account acquisition process and leverage properties to build profitable deal
  • Plan on post-mix machine with efficient usage and work with MEM to ensure smooth conversion of new customers
  • Work with legal team to develop contract and complete the process of signing on time
  • Lead key project for Eatery in order to drive business expansion
  • Coach and support Key Account Executive in terms of business planning and acquisition

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager and Business Development role will bring a wealth of experience in account management, preferably within the food service industry. You should possess strong decision-making abilities, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A background in new business development would be advantageous. Furthermore, fluency in both Thai & English is required.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Commercial or business
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience on Key account management. Experience with Food service would be an asset
  • Strong decision-making, communication, negotiation and presentation skills
  • New business development experience would be a plus
  • Good communication skills in Thai & English
