Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Manager to join their Process HX team. This role will be pivotal in developing customer relationships and driving sales of Heat Exchangers technology into the Energy Process markets in Thailand.
- Country-based role with frequent travel within Thailand

What you'll do:
As a Sales Manager, you will play a crucial role in expanding their footprint in the Energy Process markets. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with customers, understand their needs, and promote the value of Heat Exchangers technology.
- Promote and sell products and services following established sales processes and guidelines.
- Actively engage with existing and potential new customers, focusing on understanding their needs and highlighting the value of our products and services.
- Responsible for monthly / quarterly forecast for potential sales volumes and gross margin.
- Generate sales and develop future business through existing and new customers to end users and contractors.
- Identify sales potential and develop a proactive business plan considering the relevant strategies, goals & priorities of the division.
- Drive continued growth and forge lasting relationships with key customers.
- Proactively follow up quotations, manage opportunities, develop leads, and establish contacts with the customer base using CRM tools.
- Spend 50 - 70% of your time out of the office, attending key sites and meetings, predominantly Thailand based.
- Work with internal stakeholders and foster relationships to get work done.
- Work in cooperation with the Service Team to manage the customer experience and develop growth opportunities.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Sales Manager position are:
- Chemical Engineering Bachelor’s Degree is preferred.
- Experienced sales professional with a proven track record in a similar industry.
- Ability to travel throughout Thailand.
- Proactive hunter who could develop new business opportunities.
- Strong skills in customer relationship management and networking.
- Independent, able to make good judgment and decisions.
