Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Key Account Manager to join their team in Bangkok. What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager, your primary responsibility will be managing a group of significant accounts, defining strategic plans, and establishing strong relationships with Key Accounts. You will work closely with various teams within the organisation, including Brand Managers, Field Marketing Team, and the Marketing Team, supporting portfolio strategy, developing strategic trade programs, and providing valuable market intelligence. Your role will also involve leading the Modern Trade merchandising team, enhancing engagement with Key Accounts. Your ability to evaluate trade program performance will be crucial in measuring effectiveness and driving success.

  • Manage a group of important accounts to meet business objectives
  • Define strategic plans for responsible accounts to achieve volume target, brand objectives, and financials
  • Establish strong relationships with Key Accounts for mutual growth
  • Collaborate with Brand managers and Field marketing team to support portfolio strategy
  • Work closely with Marketing team to develop strategic trade programs
  • Provide market intelligence and account insights for commercial review and annual plan process
  • Evaluate trade program performance to measure effectiveness
  • Lead Modern Trade merchandising team to enhance engagement with Key Accounts

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for this Key Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in account management and sales within the FMCG environment. With a minimum of 4-7 years' experience under your belt, you possess strong commercial acumen and are proficient in process and project management. Your expertise in Modern Trade key account management sets you apart from others. You are known for your excellent presentation skills and proficiency in English language communication. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Marketing further enhances your profile.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or equivalent educational background
  • Minimum 4-7 years experience in Key Account Management and Sales or related functions in FMCG environment
  • Expertise in Modern Trade key account management
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Proficient process and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Proficiency in English language, both written and verbal communication
