What you'll do:
As an Account Manager, your primary role will be to understand and improve the profitability of your assigned account or sales area.
- Lead generation/opportunity identification both outside in and inside out.
- Capture customer requirements accurately using different questioning techniques.
- Drive end-to-end system solutions (integrated sales, cross selling opportunities).
- Build and cultivate strong understanding, relationship and alignment across all levels of Customer’s organization.
- Use Customer Segmentation model to map strategic fit of customer needs/ambitions.
- Build and successfully execute account plans: securing objective and time bound actions to generate, nurture and win opportunities.
- Amplify customer’s voice by identifying gaps across customer touchpoints systematically.
- Balance between physical and digital way of working to ensure efficiency.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Account Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Account Management or Sales & Marketing within the B2B sector.
- Bachelor’s degree in technical or science field.
- At least 5 years of relevant working experience in Account Management or Sales & Marketing or B2B sales.
- Experience in Food & Beverage, FMCG, B2B industry would be an advantage.
- Result-driven and customer-oriented mindset
- Capability to participate in strategizing business plan
- Strong communicator and negotiator
