Our client is seeking a dedicated Trade Marketing Manager. This role focuses on sell-out support.The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring stock in focus segment customers, planning and presenting sales promotion activities that align with stock levels, ensuring visibility through POP/POSM/Display, and managing an outsource team. Additionally, the role involves strategising on how to make clinics regularly recommend our products at both policy and operational levels.

What you'll do:

As a Trade Marketing Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the success of our client's business. Your primary responsibility will be to focus on sell-out support, specifically for the injectable product(s) portfolio. You will monitor stock in focus segment customers and plan corresponding sales promotion activities. Ensuring product visibility through POP/POSM/Display will also fall under your purview. You will manage an outsource team to ensure store visibility. Furthermore, you will strategise on how to get clinics to regularly recommend our products. Collaborating with other teams to ensure alignment of marketing strategies and analysing market trends to adjust marketing strategies as needed are also key aspects of this role.

You understand customer and market dynamics and can leverage this knowledge to drive success. Your ability to lead and manage an outsource team will be crucial in this role. We are looking for someone with excellent strategic planning skills, who can devise effective strategies for getting clinics to regularly recommend our products. Proficiency in using POP/POSM/Display for product visibility is required. Experience in working with injectable product(s) portfolio would be advantageous.
