What you'll do:

As an Outlet Operation Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of our client's retail operations. You will be tasked with developing and implementing robust sales strategies that ensure targets are met and growth is achieved. Your role will also involve coordinating store layouts for new door openings, preparing annual sales and profit targets, and developing marketing programs. You will be expected to make data-driven decisions related to product assortment, manage stock orders, and ensure effective use of CRM systems.

• Develop and implement sales strategies to meet targets and achieve year on year growth
• Coordinate store layout/design for new door openings while maintaining budget requirements
• Prepare annual sales and profit targets by store
• Develop and execute marketing programs
• Make data-driven decisions related to product assortment to drive sales achievement
• Ensure CRM is used effectively for recruiting and retaining customers
• Develop promotional program for the Online platform
• Manage stock orders and transfers between stores and warehouse
