An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Key Account Manager - Native Japanese Speaker in ASEAN region. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on building business relationships, identifying key strategies, and capturing business opportunities. The successful candidate will be the bridge between the ASEAN team and the Japanese team, co-owning the Key Account Manager in ASEAN. This role offers an incredible chance to promote Polycarbonate products to new customers, applications, and industries.

  • Develop and implement specific strategies for all relevant Japanese OEM transplants in ASEAN countries.
  • Build up business relationships with Japanese OEM/tier transplants in ASEAN countries.
  • Promote Polycarbonate products to new customers, applications, and industries.

What you'll do:

As a Key Account Manager - Native Japanese Speaker, you will play a pivotal role in developing and implementing strategies that meet short and mid-term business objectives.

  • Develop and implement specific strategies for all relevant Japanese OEM transplants in ASEAN countries.
  • Build up the business relationship with Japanese OEM/tier transplants in ASEAN countries.
  • Facilitate information exchange internally between ASEAN, Japan, regional headquarter and other APAC countries.
  • Co-own Japanese transplant business in ASEAN, challenge both local ASEAN teams and Japanese country teams identify and develop additional Japanese transplant business.
  • Promote Polycarbonate products to new customers (projects), applications and industries.
  • Ensure efficient flow of market information and business reports to department Head.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the role of Key Account Manager will bring a wealth of experience from sales and marketing within a similar or relevant industry.

  • Bachelor or Higher Degree in related field
  • Experiences in Sales and marketing experiences preferably in same or relevant industry
  • Fluency in spoken / written English and Japanese
  • Creativity/Initiative and implement of sales strategies and plan
  • Sound knowledge in customers, competitive products, applications and processes
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
