About the Customer Service Senior Manager Role:
The position involves field Customer Service who will perform operational review and consult Customer Service Field Force on service centre performance based on CSI KPIs, monitor workshop processes consulting as to improve customer service performance, coordinate and keep track on Service Centres CSI target, collect and clarify CSI information from Service Centres and MBAG and to provide consultant to increase CSI.
Plan & monitor annual report and suppliers performance
Be responsible for service centre visit as to analyse customer pain points and opportunities for improvement throughout the customer journey
Identify areas for process improvement and optimisation to enhance the customer journey
Be responsible for customer database management to verify database prior sending out invitation or survey to the customers
Escalate complex cases to appropriate departments and ensure follow-up until resolution
Implement best practices of service center for improvement
Support customer experience project e.g. Customer Experience / Customer Feedback / to the team
Collaborate with Customer Services implement changes that enhance the customer experience and satisfaction
Collaborate with other markets to share their best practices and apply in our market
Ability to multi-task, flexible and demonstrate the ability to collaborate with others in a fast paced team environment
Participate and involve in cross-functional teams for problem solving and correction actions
To succeed in this role, you must have good communication skills in English.
At least seven years of professional experience in automotive after-sales, preferably after-sales retail experience
Solid knowledge in workshop and parts processes
Customer satisfaction management
Customer relationship experience
Adaptable, self-control, taking responsibility and patience
Very good communication and team-building abilities across countries
Good leadership abilities, analytical mindset and pattern recognition
Judgement and decision making
