About the Operation Manager (Retail) Role:

It this strategic role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing retail strategic plans, as well as working well together with cross functional team to ensure successful ongoing business, branch operation , promotional or project launch. The salary offered is competitive with bonus offered.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive initiatives relevant to the market to drive sales and growth year on year in tandem with deliver our customer experience
• Builds strong working relationships with company owned store team and drive sales operation to each store
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability by consistently observing store operations, providing feedback and taking action in critical situations
• Develop, manage and deliver training and orientation for all employees
• Manage the project and the timelines for opening new stores including oversee architects and contractors
• Ensure all company stores complete end of month inventory and closing process
• Perform monthly of each company stores weekly inventory to verifying costs are in line
• Develop and manage company store operating plans and budgets including sales projections, operating expenses, inventory requirements and margin and performance goal

To succeed in the Operation Manager (Retail), you will need to have the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams such as Store Manager, marketing, procurement, finance and others to achieve sales target.

Key Requirements:

• • Bachelor's degree in Retail, Marketing or Business or equivalent combination of education and experience
• • At least five years' experience in retail store management in a fast paced high volume
• • Strong budget management and retail analysis skills
• • P&L responsibility including inventory management
• • Strong people management and supervisory skills and experience
• • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills, English is a must
