An exciting Key Account Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected FMCG firms based in Bangkok. Reporting directly to the Sales Director, this is a role for a Key Account Manager who is a leader in their field.
About the Key Account Manager Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for maintaining a strong relationship with the client. You will be the lead point of contact for all key client matters, anticipate the client’s needs, work within the company to ensure deadlines for the client are met, and help the client succeed. The salary range is THB 60,000-70,000 + bonus + allowance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed account plan with key drivers based on strategy (brand & category strategy)
- Develop customer plan, investment plan, category review, and business review
- Provide accurate forecast in sales and stock management
- Negotiate and handle objection with customer as well as strengthen relationship with them
- Monthly trade visit to monitor execution performance and competitors
- Ensure to achieve account KPI, financial target, and market share target
To succeed in this role, you must have good command of English.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or any related field
- At least three years’ experience in key account management in FMCG business
- Strong analytical thinking, strategic thinking, communication and negotiation skills
- Good command of English
- Track record of achievement in well planned and executed projects
