An exciting Sales Manager (Thailand & Myanmar, F&G and FAS) (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the most respected global chemical construction firms based in Thailand. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, this is a role for marketing and sales functions of frit&glaze, FAS business to achieve sales target of Thailand and Myanmar market who is a leader in their field.
About the Sales Manager (Thailand & Myanmar, F&G and FAS) Role:
In this business critical role you will be responsible for defining the broad business development strategy, delivering the highest quality service alongside four other country marketing directors. You will also take the lead providing direction to all product development-related activities, including account management, market research, people management and directory/league table submissions.
The salary range for this role is THB80k - 120k per month + Provident Fund + Allowance + Dental Insurance.
- Business and marketing development, sales, customer service, customer relationship, report/support function
- Conduct market development, market research and analysis of result for business plan guidance and future goal
- Identify new business opportunities and developing marketing plan
- Co-operating with customer to update situation, production capacity and usage of customer
- Negotiating the term of agreement, price, cost and delivery with customers.
- Prepare offer, contract following customer sales enquiry and complete with sales contract
- Work together in team with R&D, TCS to find out what customer needed
- Support the team in resolving customer rejects/complaints and over-dues payment
- Receiving claim issue and customer feedback
- Provide information and service to customer during trade exhibition
- Create good relationship with key clients
- Preparing weekly report, business highlight of Thailand and Myanmar market for F&G, FAS business
- Achieve and maintain ISO9001, ISO14000 and all activity including participate in a member of team committee
To succeed in this role, you must have professional technical English communication.
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree of marketing, sales, or business administration
- Experiences in product development, sales, account management for more than eight years
- Key skills: market and competitor analysis, strategic sales and business development plans, business administration
- Has good relationship with sanitary ware and ceramic manufacturing will be preferable
- Open-minded, good attitude and growth mindset
- Able to work at Saraburi, Thailand
