A world-leading manufacturer is recruiting a Global Key Account Director (German speaking x1 vacancy) in Thailand to join their team. In this high level commercial job, you will be responsible for leading the business in its next phase of growth via senior level, cross continental strategic sales management.
About the Senior Global Key Account Director Role:
Reporting to the CEO and board of directors in Thailand, you will lead all global account management activities, specifically towards their automotive segment, leading high level relationship management and business expansion initiatives.
The salary range for this role is THB 200K - 400K per month + Full medical coverage + performance bonus + travel allowances.
- Sales / Aftersales strategic planning and execution both here and key internal and external stakeholders in Germany
- Coordination with the Thai team to prepare new project proposals
- Regular follow up and reporting of RFQ status
- Regular follow up and reporting of project status
- Manage / support interaction with European customers for existing projects
- Support Quality Assurance in the plant in Thailand to get all necessary information regarding all customer claims
- Liaise with End customer and the plant in Thailand for engineering and production departments
As you will be client-facing, you must possess outstanding communication skills and the ability to work closely with both internal, technical functions as well as external senior level customers.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics or equivalent (additional engineering know how favourable but not a condition)
- Solid working experience in the field of automotive sales / familiar with automotive development Processes and Product cycles and terms
- Familiar with automotive development Processes and Product life cycles
- Knowledge of Aeronautical Processes and Product cycles favourable
