An attractive Sales Director (B2B) job has recently become available a leading global IT hardware solutions firm based in Bangkok. You will be leading a sales team to achieve company sales targets.
About the Sales Director (B2B) Role:
You will be leading a team of 40 to 50 people and be responsible for sales revenue. You will be tasked to develop the sales strategy, and deploy and manage the team to ensure sales targets are met.
- Develop and implement sales strategy for all managers
- Key account management strategy
- Expand market share to ensure sustainable growth
- Develop sales management capabilities
- Monitor and encourage the usage of available sales tools, ensure accurate and strategic pipeline management and forecast
To succeed in this Sales Director (B2B) role, you must have a minimum of 15 years' experience in B2B sales with a minimum of eight years in a managerial role.
- At least a bachelor’s degree in business administration, MBA is preferred
- Experience in key account management
- Proficiency in English and Thai
