The Customer Service Manager (Hospitality Industry) will lead a team and be responsible to create a collaborative environment through events, and to maintain member satisfaction in all aspects.
- Manage all business operations to ensure highest calibre of member satisfaction
- Develop events and communication initiatives to engage members
- Seek opportunities to build relationships with members and manage the community
- Network with local starts-up through events to build clientele
- Maintain relationships with vendors and landlords
- Produce comprehensive quality control reports to stakeholders to improve member experience
- Recommend building improvements and maintenance to the designated team
- Lead a team to reach sales goals and objectives
- Lead professional development within a team and oversee individual performance
To succeed in this role, you must have experience in customer service, sales, project management and business operations.
- Bachelor Degree
- Experience leading a small team
- Possess verbal and written communication skills of the highest calibre
- Possess organisational and multi-tasking skills of the highest calibre
