Warehouse Manager

An exciting Warehouse Manager (x 1 vacancy) job has just become available at one of the leading medical devices company based in Samutprakarn, Thailand. Reporting directly to the Supply Chain Director, this is a role for an expert who has strong warehouse and logistics management including logistics planning, transportation, inventory planning, customer service and distribution in trading medical devices environment

About The Warehouse Manager Role:

In this business critical role you will lead purchasing team to manage warehouse operations as well as significantly improve stock takes, cycle count, inventory tracking minimise loss and improve staff performance. You will also ensuring efficient inventory management by optimising inventory costs and service levels in order to increase customer satisfactions. The salary offered is attractive with performance bonus, provident fund and health insurance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervising daily activities of the warehouse floor and equipment through the team to maintain the quality at specified levels, meeting with the delivery schedule as required by customers and keeping costs in the line according to budget
• Coaching all staffs continuously in order to increase their work efficiency such as increase product picking accuracy
• Develop warehouse standard and stock management including operations procedure
• Develop and improve logistics processes to reduce cost and timing
• Ensure materials and finished goods deliver to customers are packed properly as required quantity and in a good condition

The successful Warehouse Manager must have the ability to work effectively and co-cooperatively with other teams, across borders and internal matrix. Possesses hands-on warehouse operations experience as well as inventory management and inbound/outbound activities.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, logistics or related field
• At least five years of experience in oversea purchasing
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and competing priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism
• Detailed oriented, proactive with sense of urgency in completing the task assigned
• Exceptional communicate skill in both English and Thai
