What you'll do:

As Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in orchestrating the entire supply chain process from planning through execution.

• You will lead Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes to support global demand requirements, ensuring alignment across all functions.
• You will facilitate cross-functional S&OP review meetings, fostering collaboration between departments to achieve shared goals.
• You will oversee procurement activities, managing relationships with suppliers and third-party warehouse and logistics providers to ensure dependable service.
• You will drive decisions that result in the highest possible service levels for customers and stakeholders throughout the supply chain.
• You will partner closely with business units to understand their needs and deliver tailored supply chain solutions that enhance overall performance.
• You will monitor compliance with international standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, and OHSAS 18001, maintaining rigorous quality controls.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Manager position brings proven experience from top-tier Food, FMCG, Electronics or Healthcare companies. Your deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain management ensures you can navigate complex challenges while maintaining high service levels.

• You have at least ten years of experience managing end-to-end supply chain operations within leading Food, FMCG, Electronics or Healthcare organisations.
• Your background includes comprehensive knowledge of international standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000, and OHSAS 18001.
• You are familiar with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and SAP platforms for optimising supply chain processes.
• Your interpersonal skills allow you to foster collaborative relationships across departments and with external partners.
• You demonstrate dependability in managing complex logistics networks involving procurement, warehousing, and third-party providers.
