Demand Planner – Food & Beverage Manufacturing

This role is responsible for leading demand planning for the Thailand market within the food and beverage manufacturing industry. The position supports business growth and service excellence through strong Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), accurate forecasting, and close collaboration with commercial, manufacturing, and distribution partners. This is an individual contributor role, requiring strong ownership, analytical capability, and the ability to work independently while partnering closely with senior stakeholders.

What you'll do:

• Lead end-to-end demand planning activities for the Thailand business to support growth and supply continuity.
• Own and manage the local S&OP cycle, aligning demand forecasts with supply and financial plans.
• Develop and maintain accurate rolling forecasts; continuously improve forecast accuracy, data quality, and bias management.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively identify supply risks; define and implement mitigation actions to avoid shortages or excess stock.
• Coordinate purchasing, order execution, and delivery follow-up to ensure timely product availability.
• Prepare clear, timely reports and performance insights using analytics and dashboards to support decision-making.
• Act as a key business partner to the Head of Commercial and other senior stakeholders, supporting budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives.
• Drive process improvements, automation, and best practices across demand planning and supply chain activities.
  

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in demand planning within the food and beverage manufacturing or consumer goods industry.
• Strong ability to work independently, with full ownership of planning processes and deliverables.
• Highly analytical and detail-oriented, with strong problem-solving and root-cause analysis skills.
• Clear and confident communicator with strong stakeholder management and a proactive, speak-up mindset.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to balance risks, opportunities, and priorities.
• Experience working in multinational or matrix organizations is an advantage.
• Continuous improvement mindset with experience in process optimization and automation.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, forecasting tools, and data analytics or visualization systems.
• Good communication in Thai and business English.
