What you'll do:

As Chief Supply Chain Officer, you will play an instrumental role in steering the organisation’s end-to-end supply chain strategy. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve close partnership with executive leadership to ensure alignment between supply chain initiatives and broader business goals. You will oversee critical functions such as procurement, planning, logistics, inventory management, and distribution—ensuring each area operates efficiently while supporting cost optimisation and service level improvements.

• Define and implement comprehensive supply chain strategies that align with overall business objectives and support ongoing organisational growth.
• Oversee all aspects of the supply chain including procurement, demand and supply planning, inventory management, logistics, and distribution to ensure seamless operations.

• Collaborate extensively with operations, manufacturing, engineering, and commercial teams to foster a culture of shared success and mutual support.

• Lead & guide digital transformation projects including ERP implementation (with SAP Hana experience considered advantageous), ensuring technology adoption delivers measurable value

What you bring:

Your extensive background in senior supply chain leadership roles within fast-moving consumer goods or large-scale manufacturing environments will enable you to excel as Chief Supply Chain Officer.

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration or

  related discipline is required for this position.
• Extensive experience in senior-level supply chain roles within FMCG or large-scale manufacturing environments is essential for success.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex multi-site supply chain operations with proven results in operational excellence.
• Deep expertise in Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), procurement strategy development, logistics optimisation, and inventory management is highly valued.
• Exceptional strategic thinking skills combined with strong analytical abilities are required to navigate complex challenges effectively.
• Proven change management capabilities are important for leading transformation initiatives within large organisations.
• Excellent communication skills in English are mandatory; proficiency in Thai language would be considered an advantage.
