Supply Chain Manager – Retail & Distribution

We are seeking an accomplished Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize the company’s end-to-end supply chain operations across retail and distribution channels. This role oversees inventory planning, warehousing, logistics, and related operational functions — ensuring efficiency, cost control, and high service levels. * Take ownership of comprehensive supply chain operations spanning retail outlets and distribution centres, ensuring products are always available where they are needed most while minimising excess stock. * Work alongside commercial and sales teams to align demand forecasts and purchasing plans, fostering a collaborative approach that supports business objectives and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do:

• Lead all supply chain functions, including demand forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, warehousing, and logistics.
• Manage a large, multi-functional team and provide direct leadership to key function heads.
• Maintain optimal stock levels across retail outlets and distribution centers, ensuring product availability while minimizing excess inventory.
• Collaborate with commercial and sales teams to align demand forecasts, purchasing plans, and replenishment strategies.
• Drive operational efficiency and process improvement in warehouse management, logistics, and order fulfilment.
• Utilize data analytics and KPIs to enhance decision-making, identify performance gaps, and implement corrective actions.
• Optimize logistics costs, delivery performance, and inventory turnover to meet business and financial objectives.
• Report key operational metrics and insights to senior leadership, supporting strategic and operational planning.

What you bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management within FMCG, retail, or consumer goods sectors.
• Proven expertise in inventory control, warehouse operations, logistics efficiency, and demand planning.
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset with a focus on continuous process improvement.
• Hands-on leader with experience managing large teams and collaborating cross-functionally with commercial units.
• Thai national with excellent communication skills in both Thai and English.
