What you'll do:

  • Track and evaluate supply chain results by developing clear KPIs and dashboards that highlight areas for improvement across multiple markets.
  • Partner closely with both regional and local teams to align performance goals and drive initiatives focused on increasing efficiency throughout the supply chain.
  • Coordinate and monitor cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of objectives and measurable outcomes that support overall business strategy.
  • Build and enhance digital dashboards and analytical tools designed to improve data visibility, enabling more informed decision-making at every level.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as well as external partners to maintain smooth operations, quickly resolving any issues that arise within the supply chain process.
  • Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by providing detailed data analysis, comprehensive reporting, and effective stakeholder coordination.
  • Promote continuous improvement by identifying skill gaps within supply chain teams and facilitating targeted development programmes.
  • Champion best practices in supply chain management by sharing insights gained from data analysis with relevant stakeholders across the region.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards while maintaining high levels of accuracy in all performance tracking activities.
  • Contribute actively to a positive team environment by encouraging open communication, knowledge sharing, and mutual support among colleagues.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration or a related field is required for this position.
  • A minimum of five years’ experience in supply chain operations or performance management is essential; candidates with regional exposure will be highly regarded.
  • Demonstrated ability to coordinate complex projects effectively while prioritising tasks according to business needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite as well as Power BI and Power Automate is necessary; candidates should possess strong analytical capabilities driven by data insights.
  • Excellent communication skills in both Thai and English are required for successful collaboration across diverse teams.
  • A high sense of ownership combined with accountability ensures accurate tracking of performance metrics at all times.
  • Adaptability is crucial; candidates should demonstrate independence while remaining proactive in seeking out opportunities for improvement.
  • A collaborative mindset is vital for working effectively with cross-functional teams as well as external stakeholders within a fast-evolving environment.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement must be evident through previous experience implementing change initiatives or skill development programmes.
