In this role, you will be responsible for deploying the strategy road map and validating policies and tools to ensure their correct implementation within the region (APAC).

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Regional Supply Chain Manager to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for deploying the strategy road map and validating policies and tools to ensure their correct implementation within the region (APAC).

Your role will be pivotal in continuously improving customer satisfaction by balancing supply requirements and available capacities, optimising costs, and managing compliance.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Supply Chain Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of supply chain activities within your designated zone.

You will work closely with the Corporate Supply Chain (local team) to ensure timely product delivery in line with global strategies.

Your leadership skills will be crucial in organising and training Local Supply Chain managers and local Planning managers. You will also define and monitor key performance indicators to track progress and inform corporate teams about any regional challenges.

• Ensure and coordinate timely product delivery in line with global strategies
• Organise and train Local Supply Chain managers and local Planning managers
• Define and monitor Key Performance Indicators such as Sales forecast accuracy, Working Capital Ratio, customer service, DPS, Transport costs
• Inform Corporate teams about the region's challenges
• Work collaboratively across the region to achieve goals
• Advise on best practices for regional operations

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Supply Chain Manager position brings strong end-to-end supply chain management skills. You have a proven ability to advise on best practices for the region, backed by strong S&OP and planning experience. Your collaborative nature allows you to work effectively across different teams within the region. Your excellent leadership skills enable you to guide your team towards achieving set objectives.

• Experience in Supply Chain Manager from leading MNC ,with 3-5 years in managerial level
• Ability to advise on best practices for the region and local team to drive organisation's supply chain strategic direction.
• Strong S&OP and Planning experience
• Ability to work collaboratively across the region
• Excellent leadership skills
• Strong communication skills
