Regional Demand & Supply Planner

What you'll do:

As a Regional Demand and Supply Planner, you'll play a crucial role in balancing supply and demand across the APAC region. Your main responsibilities include forecasting customer needs to ensure optimal inventory levels. Your analytical skills will be vital in identifying opportunities for improving service, managing inventory more effectively, and reducing excess stock. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, utilizing technology to support data-driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Balance supply and demand by forecasting customer needs based on input from local sales and marketing teams.
• Optimize and monitor regional inventories, managing the release of supply plan orders.
• Analyze ordering patterns to ensure inventory aligns with customer forecasts.
• Identify opportunities to enhance service, increase inventory turnover, and reduce excess stock.
• Support capacity planning and align demand and supply to meet inventory needs.
• Collaborate with the Demand Planning team to analyze data for market trends and customer behavior.
• Participate in the monthly regional demand planning review as part of the integrated planning process.

What you bring:

• Graudated in Logtistcs or Planning
• Extensive experience in demand planning, supply planning, and inventory management
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Minimum five years of experience in demand, supply planning, and inventory management.
• Excellent communication skills with active listening abilities.
• Proven leadership skills to foster a culture of trust and teamwork.
• Strong decision-making skills with the ability to gather necessary information and make timely decisions.
• Understanding of organizational strategy and curiosity about your role's impact.
