What you'll do:
As a Regional Supply Chain Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing overall supply chain performance. You will be responsible for managing the S&OP process, coordinating forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacities.
- Lead and drive strategic initiatives aimed at improving overall supply chain performance for the aftermarket business for the SEA region.
- Manage the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process by coordinating forecasts, inventory levels, and operational capacities with sales unit leaders.
- Collaborate with factory supply chain teams and manage the inventory planning team to implement best inventory management processes, optimizing net working capital and securing availability.
- Design and implement effective storage solutions across various vehicle aftermarket warehouses in the SEA region to improve operational efficiency and space utilization.
- Work with business leaders to establish appropriate customer service metrics and drive performance with customer service and logistics teams.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify improvement opportunities and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with local and global cross-functional teams to enhance operational performance in the supply chain.
