Our client is seeking a highly competent Supply Chain Director to contribute to their success by ensuring a high level of competence in the supply area. This role will involve managing a team of planners, balancing demand, inventory and production capacity, and managing inventory levels according to guidelines. The successful candidate will be proactive, customer-focused, and have a strong drive towards operational excellence.

What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Director in the Food & Beverage industry, your role will be multifaceted. You will lead a team of planners, ensuring continuous improvement in performance. Your expertise in supply planning will be crucial in balancing demand, inventory, and production capacity. You'll also manage inventory levels according to set guidelines. Your ability to create scenario plans to resolve capacity constraints will be key in this role. Additionally, you'll provide valuable insights through KPI dashboards and decision documents.
- Lead and develop a team of planners through coaching and feedback
- Draw up planning for the assigned part of the supply like balancing demand, inventory and production capacity
- Monitor the realized compared to the formulated planning and alter the plan where necessary
- Create and apply required scenario plans to proactively resolve capacity constraints
- Develop MPS & Daily scheduling plan base on the forecast and historical actual sale
- Manage inventory levels according to the inventory management guidelines
- Provide KPI dashboards, insights and decision documents regarding quantitative and qualitative developments
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Director role brings a wealth of experience in supply planning. With at least 10 years' experience under your belt, you're comfortable working in multi-functional groups within a matrix organization. Your knowledge extends to various planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS, and MRP. You're fluent in both English and Thai, with excellent communication skills that allow you to solve problems effectively.
- Minimum 10 years experiences Supply planning experience
- Experience in working in multi-functional groups and matrix organization
- Knowledge of planning and inventory management principles such as S&OP, Rough-Cut Capacity Planning, MPS and MRP
- Knowledge of Supply Chain, Production and Logistics within the FMCG
- Fluently in English and Thai, written and spoken
- Analyzing and problem solving skills
- Good communication skills
