What you'll do:
As a Supply Chain Manager, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating with various sites to ensure an aligned capacity and deployment plan that effectively supports our demand pipeline. You will be responsible for building optimization scenarios for the annual operations plan, developing inventory controls, implementing vendor KPIs, and monitoring the execution of local plans. Your leadership skills will be put to good use as you coach other Supply Chain Managers within the plant.
- Coordinate with sites to assure aligned capacity and deployment plan, effectively supporting our demand pipeline
- Build optimization scenarios as input to the annual operations plan
- Ensure effective monthly regional demand plan is in place across all sites
- Continuously challenge and improve local S&OP strategies and planning processes
- Develop inventory controls to support customer needs, achieve financial targets and mitigate inventory risk
- Implement vendor KPIs and drive accountability in coordination with Global Procurement
- Monitor execution of local plans, demand/supply balance and process performance
- Resolve critical deviations from plans and supply issues on the spot or escalate through appropriate channel
- Lead or participate in cross-functional projects to drive business strategies
- Coach & Lead Supply Chain Manager in plant
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Supply Chain Manager position brings a wealth of experience in the field, with at least eight years under their belt. A bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering is required, along with fluency in English. Strong leadership abilities are essential for this role, as well as excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of business operations. Knowledge of ISO standards including ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001 is a must. The ability to identify potential hazards in the workplace is also crucial.
- Minimum 8 years working experience in supply chain
- Bachelor degree in Science or Engineering
- Fluent in English
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Capable of analytic and systematic logic thinking
- Strong communication skill and business understanding
- Knowledgeable scope ISO 9001, ISO 14001, SA 8000 and OHSAS 18001
- Ability to identify potential hazard in the workplace
