What you'll do:

As a Supply Chain Analyst in Healthcare, you will be at the heart of our client's operations. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth running of the supply chain by focusing on inventory reconciliation, sales order management, data analysis, project management, and consignment inventory control. You will have the opportunity to make significant contributions by planning, managing and coordinating all activities related to field inventory management. Your role will also involve analysing sales orders and consignment agreement data to identify trends and forecast demand. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about improving operational efficiency.

  • Plan, manage and coordinate all activities related to field inventory management
  • Ensure stock accuracy on consignment accounts through execution of consignment count as per count plan
  • Establish and review field stock level (PAR level) for consignment accounts on a regular basis
  • Manage product expiry in the field to minimise inventory scrap
  • Execute field inventory strategy to drive field inventory optimisation and improve customer service level
  • Manage and control the end-to-end order management process including order fulfilment, and invoicing
  • Analyse sales order and consignment agreement data to identify trends, forecast demand, and optimise consignment inventory levels
  • Create reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Analyst role will bring a wealth of experience and a strong skill set. You should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role and hold a Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business Administration, or a related field. Your strong analytical skills, proficiency in data analysis tools and BI tools such as Excel and Power BI will be crucial to your success in this role. Your excellent problem-solving skills will enable you to identify and resolve supply chain issues effectively. Additionally, your ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously will be highly valued.

  • Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management , Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a supply chain analyst role or a similar position
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools , and BI tools such as Excel , and Power BI
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and resolve supply chain issues
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, prioritising effectively
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) is a bonus
  • Experience in project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is a bonus
  • Experience with data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a bonus
  • Experience with Robotic Process Automation (e.g. , UiPath , Automation Anywhere) is a bonus
