What you'll do:

In the capacity of Global Sourcing Manager Non-Food based in Bangkok, you will be entrusted with the stewardship of comprehensive direct import operations spanning an extensive array of non-food categories. Your daily remit will encompass close collaboration with internal departments—such as merchandising, logistics, quality assurance—and external partners worldwide. You will guide your team through intricate supplier negotiations whilst architecting sophisticated sourcing strategies aligned with overarching business imperatives.

• Supervise the entirety of direct import operations for non-food categories including Health, General Merchandise, Household Care, and Health & Beauty Care, ensuring punctual delivery and strict adherence to all pertinent regulations.
• Oversee stock clearance activities whilst advancing B2B sales initiatives for imported non-food products to optimise organisational value.
• Offer clear guidance, mentorship, and performance oversight to a team of sourcing and import professionals, nurturing their career progression within a supportive framework.

What you bring:

To flourish as Global Sourcing Manager Non-Food you will contribute substantial experience acquired from senior appointments within international sourcing or import management—preferably within non-food consumer goods industries.

• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in International Business, Supply Chain Management or a cognate discipline is requisite for this appointment.
• A minimum of seven to ten years’ experience in sourcing or import management within non-food consumer goods sectors is essential; prior engagement in B2B environments is highly regarded.
• At least two years’ demonstrable experience in team management is required to provide effective mentorship and direction.
• A thorough understanding of international trade regulations—including customs procedures, Incoterms, and compliance frameworks—is indispensable for success in this role.
