A well-established international organisation is seeking a Sourcing Manager (Contract Manufacturing) to lead external manufacturing partnerships and sourcing initiatives across Southeast Asia, with a strong focus on Thailand and Indonesia. Key Responsibilities:

Drive contract manufacturing strategies across assigned markets, ensuring smooth production, quality compliance, and service performance.

Identify, assess, and onboard new external manufacturing partners to support regional growth and localisation objectives.

Oversee sourcing activities to secure competitive raw materials that meet cost and quality targets.

Conduct cost and margin analyses to support continuous improvement and profitability enhancement.

Partner with cross-functional teams such as sourcing, R&D, quality, and finance to align operational and commercial priorities.

Lead performance reviews with contract manufacturers and implement improvement actions where required.
Key Requirements:

Solid experience in contract manufacturing, sourcing, or procurement within industrial or liquids-related sectors (e.g., lubricants, chemicals, cosmetics, paints, beverages).

Strong negotiation and supplier management skills with proven ability to improve cost and operational performance.

Analytical mindset with experience in cost breakdowns, margin reviews, and productivity enhancement.

Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and external partners across different countries.

Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, or related field; Lean/Six Sigma or project management qualifications are an advantage.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the confidence to lead regional initiatives.
