Supply Chain and Procurement Manager – Food Retail

A leading retail organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Supply Chain and Procurement Manager to oversee the full spectrum of supply chain operations, procurement, and supplier management. Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, including planning, packaging and premiums purchasing, logistics, internal and external material flow, warehouse management, and inventory control.
• Develop and implement efficient material flow and warehouse strategies to support operational needs, ensuring full product availability and timely delivery.
• Lead demand and supply planning activities, managing raw and packaging materials to balance inventory levels, production needs, and cost efficiency.
• Monitor and control department KPIs, including inventory accuracy, on-time delivery, cost reduction, and resource utilization.
• Collaborate closely with the management team, operations, and cross-functional teams to align supply chain performance with business objectives.
• Conduct cost analysis and evaluations to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve material sourcing strategies.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain and procurement, ideally within food retail or food & beverage industry.
• Strong track record in vendor management, demand planning, and operational optimization.
• Skilled in data analysis, negotiation, and stakeholder collaboration.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
