A leading organisation in Bangkok is seeking a Procurement Manager (x1 vacancy) to oversee and enhance their procurement, administration, and logistics functions. What you'll do:

As a Procurement Manager based in Bangkok, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the organisation’s approach to procurement, administration, and logistics. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve developing robust strategies that drive value across supplier relationships while ensuring compliance with established policies.

The package includes base salary + performance bonus + provident fund

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with overall business objectives while fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
  • Source, evaluate, and negotiate contracts with vendors to ensure cost-effective purchasing decisions that meet company standards.
  • Monitor market trends regularly to identify new opportunities for cost savings and process improvements within procurement activities.
  • Ensure strict compliance with all procurement policies and procedures by overseeing purchase requisitions, approvals, and purchase orders.
  • Drive efficiency within the procurement team by introducing process improvements, automation solutions, and performance monitoring systems.
  • Oversee general office administration including facility management, supplies provision, and services for both internal staff and operational teams.
  • Maintain smooth functioning of administrative support systems by managing utility service contracts and recurring payments such as electricity or house rental.
  • Support finance teams through effective administrative coordination whenever required to facilitate accurate financial operations.
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics to guarantee timely delivery of materials or goods to various sites across the organisation.
  • Manage inventory levels and warehouse operations efficiently while liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and transport providers to optimise logistics processes.

What you bring:

To excel as a Procurement Manager in this organisation, you will bring extensive experience gained from similar roles where you have demonstrated reliability in managing complex procurement processes. Your background should include hands-on involvement with administration systems as well as logistics coordination across diverse business units. You possess strong interpersonal skills that foster trust among colleagues while enabling effective collaboration on shared objectives. Your ability to analyse market trends helps identify new opportunities for cost savings without compromising quality or compliance.   • Direct experience managing cleaning services, security operations, or facility services is considered a strong advantage for this role.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills combined with analytical thinking enable you to secure favourable terms while maintaining positive vendor relationships.
  • Outstanding organisational abilities allow you to manage multiple priorities effectively across procurement cycles and administrative tasks.
