Logistics Manager – Pharmaceutical

A leading pharmaceutical organisation in Thailand is seeking a Logistics Manager to oversee and elevate its logistics operations. This role offers you the opportunity to make a significant impact on the efficiency, compliance, and quality of supply chain activities within a highly respected company. You will be responsible for managing 4PL operations across warehousing, distribution, customer service, inventory management, and inbound shipments, ensuring that every aspect meets stringent safety and regulatory standards. The position provides a platform for you to demonstrate your expertise in supplier management and process improvement while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous growth within the local team. * Take ownership of end-to-end logistics operations in a supportive and inclusive environment where your contributions are valued and recognised by both colleagues and leadership. * Work alongside knowledgeable professionals in a dependable network that prioritises compliance, safety, and operational excellence at every stage of the supply chain.

What you'll do:

  • Oversee end-to-end 4PL operations covering warehousing, transportation, and customer service to ensure efficiency, cost control, safety, and service excellence.
  • Supervise import and export logistics, coordinating with customs agents and freight partners to ensure smooth and compliant delivery flows.
  • Manage day-to-day transactional activities such as order processing, SAP operations, inventory control, billing, and reporting accuracy.
  • Evaluate 4PL performance through regular reviews, identifying process gaps and driving continuous improvement aligned with regional standards.
  • Ensure strict adherence to compliance, audit, and quality requirements, implementing effective corrective and preventive actions as needed.
  • Partner with procurement and cross-functional teams to manage logistics tenders, optimize supplier performance, and control operational costs.
  • Support new product launches by ensuring logistical readiness, system integration, and delivery capability to meet business growth plans.
  • Lead and develop the local operations team, fostering accountability, efficiency, and a culture of continuous improvement.

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Engineering or Supply Chain Management is required for this position.
  • At least eight years of experience in warehouse or logistics management including proven supervisory or people management responsibilities is essential.
  • A background in logistics, supply chain management, customer service or planning is highly desirable for candidates seeking this opportunity.
  • Demonstrated operational expertise with hands-on experience in logistics execution as well as problem-solving abilities related to project management for efficiency or cost-reduction initiatives is expected.
  • Proven skills in supplier management including negotiation techniques and stakeholder engagement are vital; you should be able to influence decisions effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), SAP enterprise resource planning systems, MS Visio diagramming tools as well as standard business communication platforms is required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Thai are mandatory for successful collaboration across diverse teams.
