Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Order Fulfilment Manager to join their dynamic team in Bangkok. This role is integral to the company's mission of ensuring transparency and reliability of the order book, optimising stock availability, and managing planning from a logistics perspective. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to develop team members' leadership and technical capabilities, maintain and execute the order book according to customer expectations, and manage inventory effectively.

What you'll do:

As an Order Fulfilment Manager, your primary responsibility will be to ensure the transparency and reliability of the order book. You will play a crucial role in optimising stock availability, managing planning from a logistics perspective, and ensuring that the order book is delivered in full and on time. Your excellent organisational skills will be put to good use as you oversee stock availability and fulfil daily business operations. You will also collaborate with various teams within the organisation to set budgets, update RFCs, analyse gaps, and plan actions to meet channel targets.

  • Develop team members' leadership and technical capabilities
  • Maintain and execute the order book according to customer expectations
  • Oversee stock availability and order fulfilment for daily business operations
  • Monitor order book accuracy and coordinate closely with sales operations team
  • Collaborate with Sales and Finance teams on budget setting, RFC updates, gap analysis, and action planning
  • Manage DC inbound capacity with the Inbound team, aligning priorities across functions

The ideal candidate for this Order Fulfilment Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Supply Chain Management along with exceptional leadership abilities. You are adept at using advanced Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and Power BI tools. Your excellent understanding of overall supply chain mechanics coupled with your analytical thinking skills make you an asset to any team. You thrive under pressure, meeting critical deadlines through effective planning and organisation.
