A leading global logistics organisation is seeking an Export Compliance Manager to join their Bangkok team. Reporting to the Director – Business Process Offshoring, you will oversee export control and trade compliance across Thailand and India, ensuring all company operations align with complex international regulations. The company offers a collaborative global environment, flexible interview arrangements, and relocation support for candidates based in Malaysia or Singapore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement and maintain export control policies and procedures in line with UK, EU, and US laws (ITAR, EAR, FCPA).

• Manage escalations related to restricted parties, dual-use goods, and sanctioned countries.

• Update internal policies to reflect changes in export legislation.

• Communicate regulatory requirements across business units and external stakeholders.

• Lead and develop cross-border teams, driving continuous improvement of compliance systems and SOPs.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in export or trade compliance within global logistics or freight forwarding.

• Strong knowledge of UK/EU/US export regulations (Dual-Use, Military Lists, USML, CCL).

• Proven success in implementing export control frameworks and managing compliance programs.

• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

• Experience leading multicultural teams; fluent in English.
