Our client is seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Service Manager to join their team in Bangkok. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead a customer service team, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction and service are met as well as achieving company sales target. The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with commercial, supply chain, and finance team to achieve sales target with highest customer satisfaction. Also, managing day-to-day customer orders, maintaining sales master data in SAP systems, and collaborating with various teams to improve operational effectiveness. What you'll do:

As a Customer Service Manager, your primary role will be leading an order processing team towards achieving sales target and other key performance indicators. You will work partnering and supporting commercial, supply chain, and finance team to achieve sales target. You will monitor the activities of the customer support function, ensuring that all requirements are met while supporting company operations. Your responsibilities will also include managing daily customer orders, providing support to various teams within the organisation, executing controls, documenting compliance evidence, verifying sales master data in SAP systems, creating pricing structures, partnering with planning teams for stock availability, working collaboratively with customers' buyers and supply chain teams, as well as collaborating on inventory management.

  • Work closely with commercial team and support supply chain activities to achieve sales target
  • Oversee customer support activities to ensure customer satisfaction and effective company operations
  • Lead the order processing team to meet key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer service level, on-time delivery, billing accuracy, and return management
  • Manage daily customer order processes and provide timely feedback on trade-related matters.
  • Collaborate with Customer, Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting teams to ensure business controls are implemented and functioning efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with internal controls, documenting evidence of adherence
  • Maintain and update sales master data, pricing, trade discounts, and product information in SAP, while addressing any system issues promptly

What you bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or related field
  • At least 5 years’ work experience in customer service, commercial related in consumer goods manufacturing industry
  • High agility and having business acumen, active respond to the change of business and market
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem solving, proactive, strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Open mindedness, customer-oriented attitude, well-organised and able to work well under pressure
  • Excellent computer skills; knowledge and experience in ordering system or SAP will be a plus
  • Good command of spoken and written in Thai and English
