What you'll do:

As an Order-to-Cash Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing relationships with functions in company, suppliers, vendors, and contract manufacturers. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure these partnerships are effectively managed, meeting customer expectations at an optimal cost. You will also collaborate closely with other functions within the organisation to ensure all partners comply with company requirements. Your role will extend beyond management; you will also be instrumental in developing new partnerships that align with our client's high standards. This role requires a proactive approach, excellent negotiation skills, and a commitment to continuous learning and development.

  • Ensure effective management of existing contract manufacturers and co-packers to achieve customer expectations at optimal cost
  • Collaborate with other functions to ensure compliance with company requirements
  • Develop new contract manufacturers and co-packers that meet company standards and customer expectations
  • Lead team initiatives to align new product launches with agreed timelines, minimising write-off costs
  • Manage and monitor performance of contract manufacturers and co-packers to ensure service levels meet customer needs
  • Negotiate competitive rates with suppliers while maintaining performance standards
  • Create programs and activities for skill development including on-the-job coaching and external training

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Order-to-Cash Specialist role brings a wealth of experience in customer service within the food manufacturing industry. With at least six years under your belt, you understand the intricacies of this sector and can navigate its challenges with ease. Your strong negotiation skills enable you to secure competitive rates from suppliers without compromising on quality or performance. As a natural communicator, you excel at building relationships both internally and externally. Your leadership skills shine through, particularly when managing change and fostering collaboration within your team.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher education level
  • Minimum of six years' experience in order-to-cash or customer service within the food and beverage or FMCG manufacturing industry
  • Proficiency in Thai and English language
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Excellent communication abilities
  • Proven leadership skills, particularly in managing change
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively within a team
